A: The rental includes exclusive access to our fully-equipped salon/chair, on-site laundry facilities, utilities (electricity, water, Wi-Fi), and secure storage for your supplies. We also provide on-site support staff to ensure your event runs smoothly. SALON HOURS 8AM-8PM MONDAY- SATURDAY
A: Yes, you can arrange the salon space to fit your event requirements. Please discuss your setup needs with us in advance so we can accommodate your requests.
A: There are no hidden fees. The rental fee covers all listed amenities. However, any damages or extra services requested may incur additional charges.
A: Payment is due upfront for daily rentals. For monthly rentals, payment is due at the beginning of each month. We accept zelle - cash - wire tranactions.
A: Absolutely! You are welcome to bring your own clients and build your clientele while renting at our salon.
A: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before Rental-Start Date
